I want Britain to stay to protect the rights of the 2million Brits in the other parts of the EU and the 2+million EU people in the UK. It is also the right choice to keep the UK forward-looking and positive and part of the solution and not an additional problem for the issues that are facing the world today, in resolving conflicts and crises and moving forward together to a bright, cooperative future and being part of a strong and confident group on the world stage. I want it because Europe is our culture, going right back to the Greeks and Romans, the Celts and Anglo-Saxons and the Renaissance and the Enlightenment, up to our modern world, where we share each others cultures and live in each others’ countries, enjoying the best of what we create and represent. And I want to stay in for the last 70 years of peace in western Europe, after 2000 years of war.
