I can tell you clearly, in a nutshell, what is scary about the vote leave campaign and why it is so divisive and misguided, by simply addressing what it believes to be its chief campaign issue. Its main vote winner, it says.

It has a message alright, about migration and Muslims, but not a good, just or honest message.

It’s a message from history. It’s a rhetoric this European Union was created to defeat.

The message hasn’t changed. The same scapegoats. Banks, businesses, a sinister cabal of the privileged,the elite, academics, migrants , liberalism, socialism, homosexuals and a strange religion. Difference, any difference. Taking advantage, taking jobs, taking food from the baby’s mouth. Suppression,depression, criminals gangsters, rapists, gypsies. The language of hate never changes.

It’s national socialism. Supremacy. The flag, the nation, the homeland once great,now diminished. Fascism.

It’s the language of populist authoritarianism. It’s the Nazis by other names. The freedomparty, golden dawn, alternative Deutschland, Britain first, Aryan Nation. Black shirts, brown shirts. Le Front Nationale. BNP,EDL and Combat 18.

Naive politicians unleash a tiger they think they can control. Foolishly, they think they can ride the poison,anger and fear to power. But when it’s let out of the cage, it’s never easily put back.

It cost 60 MILLION LIVES last time.

There has never been a more important vote. Some of the worlds darkest history is about to come back if we fail to win this referendum. Civilisation needs us to remain in the EU.

Or the contagion will spread. One nation after another will follow this same bankrupt agenda.

This isn’t about bananas, or laws or economics. It is about a gathering evil.

They waited for the last generation who fought them, and remembered their kind, to grow old and frail.

If you ever asked yourself how the holocaust could have happened. This is how.

What starts as protest is taken over. Corrupted. A parallel campaign legitimised by riding on the backs of mainstream politicians trying to harness dissent. An easy proven route to power.

It’s a lesson from history they think we forgot.
