The Outers keep banging on about being in charge of our own laws and yet if you ask them what they would do with their reclaimed sovereignty they are split with everyone wanting something different and no-one having any settled policy whether on immigration, trade or anything else.

Very often they have little idea either of how the world works or what the EU does and can’t therefore talk meaningfully of the likely consequences of their decisions.
